With respect to testimonials, remarks, feedback, suggestions or comments (“Comments”) regarding your experiences at Yellowstone National Park you submit or offer to DNC Parks & Resorts at Yellowstone General Stores, LLC (“DNC”) through this Website, electronic mail or otherwise: (a) you shall have no right of confidentiality in your Comments and DNC shall have no obligation to protect your Comments from disclosure; (b) DNC shall own all rights, titles and interests in and to the Comments, and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute your Comments to others without limitation, whether it be for marketing and promotional purposes or otherwise, in whatever medium it chooses; (c) DNC Parks & Resorts at Yellowstone General Stores shall not be required to pay to you any compensation for your Comments and (d) DNC reserves the right to make editorial edits to copy.

By submitting your Comments, you agree that DNC may disclose your first name, first initial of last name, age, city and state of your residence to identify the source of the Comments.
